A CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE
The Permanent Observatory on the Enforcement of Competition Law, founded and directed by Gian Antonio Benacchio and Michele Carpagnano, is based at the Faculty of Law of Trento and is accredited by the International academic community.
INTERNATIONAL TEAM
The Observatory relies on the collaboration of researchers, academics, judges, lawyers, economists and representatives of those institutions responsible for the application of the competition rules in Italy, France, Spain, UK, Germany, Greece, Portugal, Poland and other Member States of the European Union.
