Panayotis Bernitsas

Panayotis Bernitsas has been the Managing Partner of the M&P Bernitsas Law Offices since 1984 and continues to have an active, broad-based commercial practice. He is particularly well known for his EU & Competition practice and has advised on the implementation of a number of directives in Greece.
Panayotis was Assistant Professor and subsequently Associate Professor of International Economic Law, the Law of International Business Transactions and European Community Law at the University of Thrace between 1983 and 2007. Panayotis has served as Counsel to the Prime Minister on EU matters between 1989-1990.

Laetitia Bourgeix

Laetitia Bourgeix is a competition lawyer based in Rome.
A French national, she is an English law qualified solicitor with an experience at international law firms in London, Brussels, Paris and Madrid, as well as at the European Commission and at the OECD.
She has contributed to various articles in competition law and written one on state aids and financial crisis published on the Gaceta Juridica de la Competencia.

Tanja Bratina

Tanja Bratina graduated with honours – cum laude in 2004 and is LL.M. candidate (Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana). She was the Head of Legal Department of the Competition Protection Office of the Republic of Slovenia and since March 2012 she works at the law firm Avbreht, Zajc & Partners, Ltd. She was in charge of the regulatory reform of competition law in Slovenia (the new competition act The Prevention of the Restriction of Competition Act was adopted in 2008).
She is co-author of the commentary of the reformatted competition act: Zakon o preprečevanju omejevanja konkurence (ZPOmK-1) s komentarjem, 2009, author of several articles on competition and public procurement law and holds lectures in the field of competition and public procurement law.

Yvan Desmedt

Yvan Desmedt advises clients on competition law and regulatory matters across a range of sectors, particularly in the regulated industries of TMT, energy, and transportation.
His competition law experience includes merger control at the EU and national levels as a notifying party (including for SAP, BT and others) or third-party opponent (most recently for Warner Music Group). His antitrust experience includes investigations at the EU (MasterCard and EU roaming case), as well as various infringement proceedings conducted by the Belgian competition authorities, including those involving diamond producer De Beers.
Yvan also has significant litigation experience and has represented a number of fixed and mobile operators against the incumbent in Belgium.

Kristína Drábiková

Prior to joining TGC Corporate Lawyers in 2010, Kristína worked for reputable law firms, providing legal assistance to Slovak as well as to foreign and international clients. Kristína has over 10 years of experience as a lawyer and works in Slovak and in English.

Olga Georgiades

Miguel Gorjão-Henriques

Miguel Gorjao-Henriques is partner of Sérvulo & Associados since its foundation in 2008, where he heads the EU and Competition Department and coordinates the area of Health and Pharmaceutical Industry .Before joining Sérvulo he worked as consultant of the law firm Coelho Ribeiro & Associados, was an independent lawyer and afterwards was senior associate at the law firms PLMJ and Vieira de Almeida.
Graduated in Law at Coimbra University (1992) and Mestre in Law (European Integration) with the highest grade in 1997 (with a thesis on the concept of restraint of competition under EC law and franchising), has published over 40 academic papers and books on EU Law and Competition Law. Assistant Professor at the Law Faculty of Coimbra University since 1992.
Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in 1999, was recognised as Specialist Lawyer on European and Competition Law by the Portuguese Bar Association since 2006.

Anna Gulińska

Anna Gulińska is an associate in the Competition, Regulatory and Trade Group at Salans’ Warsaw office. Her practice focuses on competition law litigation, with her experience encompassing, inter alia, antitrust audits, dawn raids and appeals from decisions of the Polish competition authority to the Court for Competition and Consumer Protection, the Appeal Court, and the Supreme Court. She is a legal advisor trainee with the Warsaw Bar of Legal Advisers.

Jana Jesenská

Jana Jesenska is a qualified Czech advocate responsible for Czech practise of TGC Corporate Lawyers.
She has experience in all aspects of corporate law including bankruptcy and insolvency law, as well as employment law and real estate law. She has been involved in a number of corporate transactions and also has practical experience in litigation and arbitration.

Toni Kalliokoski

Toni Kalliokoski is an Associate at Dittmar & Indrenius. He is specialized in antitrust damages and is, inter alia, co-author of the first Finnish book on antitrust damages.

Anikó Keller

Anikó Keller is a Senior Associate at Szecskay Attorneys at Law, a Hungarian law firm with an international clientele and scope of activities.
She received her JD, summa cum laude, from Eötvös Loránd University Law Faculty in 2000 and received postgraduate diploma in a King’s College London postgraduate course on European Union Competition Law in 2012. Anikó specializes in competition law, state aid, advertising law, consumer protection, data protection, employment law and commercial law. She is author of a number of articles on competition law. Anikó is fluent in English and German.

Lionel LESUR

Lionel Lesur is partner at McDermott Will & Emery. He is qualified in France and in Italy. He focuses his practices on negotiations of private mergers and acquisitions, leverage buy-outs and commercial contracts as well as on EU and French competition law (including cartels, abuses of dominant position and private enforcement cases as wellas merger filing). 
Lionel has co-authored several articles on European and French antitrust law including in the Concurrences review. Lionel is also the French correspondent of the Italian Observatory for Competition (Osservatorio Permanente sull’Applicazione delle Regole di Concorrenza). He also regularly gives lectures at HEC School of Management, including on competition law.

Vladimir Penkov

Aidan Robertson

Laurits Schmidt Christensen

Laurits is a competition lawyer at ACCURA law firm in Copenhagen.
Before joining ACCURA in 2012, Laurits worked as Group Legal Counsel with VKR Holding A/S. From 2006 to 2010, he worked with Bech-Bruun and with Norton Rose from 2004 to 2006. He began his career as an assistant attorney with Gorissen Federspiel Kierkegaard in 2001.

Agnieszka Stefanowicz-Barańska

Julia Suderow

Ola Wiklund

Dr. Wiklund has acted as counsel in proceedings before the European Courts in Luxembourg and has represented clients in the European Commission and the Swedish Competition Authority.
