Panayotis Bernitsas
Panayotis Bernitsas has been the Managing Partner of the M&P Bernitsas Law Offices since 1984 and continues to have an active, broad-based commercial practice. He is particularly well known for his EU & Competition practice and has advised on the implementation of a number of directives in Greece.
Panayotis was Assistant Professor and subsequently Associate Professor of International Economic Law, the Law of International Business Transactions and European Community Law at the University of Thrace between 1983 and 2007. Panayotis has served as Counsel to the Prime Minister on EU matters between 1989-1990.
Laetitia Bourgeix
Laetitia Bourgeix is a competition lawyer based in Rome.
A French national, she is an English law qualified solicitor with an experience at international law firms in London, Brussels, Paris and Madrid, as well as at the European Commission and at the OECD.
She has contributed to various articles in competition law and written one on state aids and financial crisis published on the Gaceta Juridica de la Competencia.
Tanja Bratina
Tanja Bratina graduated with honours – cum laude in 2004 and is LL.M. candidate (Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana). She was the Head of Legal Department of the Competition Protection Office of the Republic of Slovenia and since March 2012 she works at the law firm Avbreht, Zajc & Partners, Ltd. She was in charge of the regulatory reform of competition law in Slovenia (the new competition act The Prevention of the Restriction of Competition Act was adopted in 2008).
She is co-author of the commentary of the reformatted competition act: Zakon o preprečevanju omejevanja konkurence (ZPOmK-1) s komentarjem, 2009, author of several articles on competition and public procurement law and holds lectures in the field of competition and public procurement law.
Yvan Desmedt
Yvan Desmedt advises clients on competition law and regulatory matters across a range of sectors, particularly in the regulated industries of TMT, energy, and transportation.
His competition law experience includes merger control at the EU and national levels as a notifying party (including for SAP, BT and others) or third-party opponent (most recently for Warner Music Group). His antitrust experience includes investigations at the EU (MasterCard and EU roaming case), as well as various infringement proceedings conducted by the Belgian competition authorities, including those involving diamond producer De Beers.
Yvan also has significant litigation experience and has represented a number of fixed and mobile operators against the incumbent in Belgium.
Kristína Drábiková

Miguel Gorjão-Henriques

Anna Gulińska
Anna Gulińska is an associate in the Competition, Regulatory and Trade Group at Salans’ Warsaw office. Her practice focuses on competition law litigation, with her experience encompassing, inter alia, antitrust audits, dawn raids and appeals from decisions of the Polish competition authority to the Court for Competition and Consumer Protection, the Appeal Court, and the Supreme Court. She is a legal advisor trainee with the Warsaw Bar of Legal Advisers.

Toni Kalliokoski
