Con provvedimento del 29 novembre 2017, l’Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato (AGCM) ha rideterminato la sanzione amministrativa pecuniaria imposta alle società Tecnosit S.r.l., TPS Taranto S.r.l., Maren S.r.l., Consorzio Chio.Me, Serveco S.r.l., Technomont Taranto S.r.l., Work Service S.r.l. e Co.m.e.r.i.n. S.r.l. per i comportamenti alle stesse imprese ascritti nel provvedimento dell’Autorità n. 25739 del 18 novembre 2015, reso a conclusione del procedimento I782.
A tale decisione l’AGCM è giunta in ragione della sentenza del Consiglio di Stato n. 4733 del 12 ottobre 2017, che ha disposto una riduzione delle ammende imposte nella misura del 70%. In ottemperanza alla citata sentenza, dunque, l’Autorità ha provveduto a rideterminare l’importo delle sanzioni come segue:
- Tecnosit S.r.l.: euro 117.029,40;
- TPS Taranto S.r.l.: euro 152.157,00;
- Maren S.r.l.: euro 22.125,60;
- Consorzio Chio.Me: euro 76.279,50;
- Serveco S.r.l.: euro 77.746,20;
- Technomont Taranto S.r.l.: euro 30.187,80;
- Work Service S.r.l.: euro 16.164,60;
- m.e.r.i.n. S.r.l.: euro 4.457,40.

Carlo Edoardo Cazzato graduated in law from the University of Bari “Aldo Moro” with top marks (J.D. 2005). After his internship at the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM), he practised at Studio Legale Libertini – Scognamiglio, DLA Piper and Lipani Catricalà & Partners, where in 2017 he became the coordinator of the antitrust and regulatory practice. He joined Orsingher Ortu Avvocati Associati as a partner in 2021. Edoardo assists clients on a wide range of issues in the field of European and Italian antitrust, competition, merger control and consumer law. He acquired a broad experience in TLC and regulated sectors such as media, energy and pharmaceuticals, advising clients before the AGCM, the European Commission, the Italian Administrative and Civil Courts and the European Courts. Since 2019, Edoardo has been a Non-Governmental Advisor of the European Commission’s DG Competition. He is Adjunct Professor of Antitrust Law at the Mercatorum University and the author of several publications on competition law, including a handbook and a monographic work. He was admitted to practice in 2009 and, since 2021, he has rights of appearance before the Italian Supreme Court. Edoardo speaks English and has a basic knowledge of French.
